Cancellations
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments.
No Call / No Shows
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.
Tardiness
Here at ADH we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services.
Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Arielle designs hair reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. upon booking, we require a 25% deposit that goes toward your appointment.
Payment. We currently accept credit and debit cards only. we are a cashless salon.
adjustments. we take your hair service seriously. If you find you are not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to make adjustments to your hair within 5 days of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color.
No Refunds. We do not offer refunds of any kind. no exceptions.
No Additional Guests / Children / Animals
For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Arielle designs Hair does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.
Covid-19. If you feel sick, you have any symptoms of Covid-19, or you might have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 please reschedule your appointment.
IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST.
